Vulcanizing Tank Application:

The vulcanizing tank is mainly used in tire, rubber cables, rubber hose, rubber rollers, tape, ball, rubber lining, rubber cloth, rubber vulcanized rubber top, reclaimed rubber desulphurization, butadiene-styrene rubber heat plasticization; bamboo carbonized skim , silk and yarn thread, mane, socks heat setting, high-pressure modification sacrifice angle and bones, skim, all kinds of feather hydrolysis, and aluminum oxidation. It is also used in carbon materials, asbestos friction materials, gypsum and gypsum products, such as various types of materials and autoclaved, cooking, soaking, drying.

This equipment belongs to quick opening pressure vessels. Tanks are made of high quality steel welding, roll made, tank door sealed with silicone inflatable seal ring or pressure from tight rubber gasket seal. Meanwhile, the use of mechanical transmission device locks and opens door, and the tank body is covered with vapor diffusion tubes, and equipped with bearings and insulation devices. The equipment is reasonably structured, which allows the tank to operate conveniently and have a good sealing performance. The tank temperature is distributed uniformly and the safety accessories are complete (equipped with a safety interlocking system).

The air with high temperature goes back and forth through a special air duct plate in a medium-speed within the tank, which ensures the tank temperature distributed uniformly, with no dead ends to solve the issue caused by the unevenly distribution of temperature and pressure inside the tank. Finally, the quality is firmly guaranteed.

5, After the procedures are set, automatic control system works in the line of heating, temperature preserving and vulcanization. Once the vulcanization finishes, the system send out alarm sound with light flashing.
